Bird of paradise cotton print fabric provided by our customer.
A pair of rather nice club chairs we reupholstered.
This Button Back Chair was completely transformed. This chair was originally quilted with buttons on the arms, back and wings and is now updated following our customer’s bespoke design and looking very classic.
Reupholstered in quality Scottish leather.
I adore this very strong-designed chair. Our customer selected genuine leather to replace the original leather and I think it was a good choice. We only use high-quality leather hides and it shows really well on this chair. It will last for another 100 years I am quite certain.
Bespoke loose covers were made to measure for these armchairs. The fabric selected was Porter and Stone Fabrics, a cotton/linen.
This wing chair, a fireside wing-back chair, is a turn of the century classic. The inside back panel you can see is a coordinating pattern fabric. The fabric is the original fabric of the chair our customer wanted to retain as it is a reminder of her late husband who loved the chair.
Linwood omega velvet fabric is what we chose to compliment the original fabric. The customer is delighted with the result and so are we – it looks just lovely.
Two examples of chairs we reupholstered last week.
